There is way to copy sharepoint pages that contains webparts to another location without lose the webpart, only follow the following steps:

1- Open sharepoint designer.

2- Go to target page or folder.

3- Right-Click, and chose "Publish Selected Files...".

4- Save it to anywhere on your computer.

5- Copy the published files.

6- Paste it anywhere you want by sharepoint designer.
